Silver Fox Samoyeds is a small kennel located in the heartland of Idaho. Our Samoyeds are shown in conformation and we are very proud that they are breeder owner handled. We breed a litter every year or so when we want a new show prospect. Silver Fox began when we acquired our first Samoyed, Porshia, in 1986. We chose the name Silver Fox because the site we live on was once a fox farm, a nearby town has a road called Silver Fox Trail and we think our Sammies jump through snow like foxes.

1991 brought the first pups to carry the Silver Fox prefix and was a turning point for us.  Our pack has grown from just Porshia and her Springer spaniel buddy, Brutus, to an average of eight Samoyeds. As you might guess, there is never a dull moment at our house!
